The indigo blue stretch denim with a weight of 9.7 oz is a versatile, high-quality denim fabric that stands out for its pleasant elasticity and smooth, even surface. It is perfectly suited for a wide range of sewing projects where both comfort and a polished appearance are essential. With 3% elastane, the fabric offers a comfortable stretch, making it ideal for close-fitting garments while maintaining its shape. The remaining 97% is made of durable cotton, which ensures a natural feel against the skin and is both long-lasting and easy to care for.
The classic twill weave gives the fabric its characteristic diagonal texture, typical of denim, while the deep indigo shade provides a timeless look suitable for both contemporary and traditional designs. Measuring approximately 165 cm in width and weighing around 300 g/m², this fabric falls into the medium-weight category – perfect for jeans, jackets, skirts or figure-hugging dresses. Its soft handle makes it especially comfortable to wear, and its opaque quality ensures a secure and confident fit.
Certified according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, the fabric is also tested for harmful substances, making it suitable for sensitive skin. Whether for everyday fashion, creative one-offs or durable wardrobe staples – this stretch denim provides an excellent foundation for stylish and comfortable garments with a professional finish.
