Delivery time

Except if a different delivery period is provided in the item description, delivery of goods by Deutsche Post respectively DHL will take place in Germany within 1 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). At bank transfer the delivery period starts only when the payment order is provided to the remitting bank.

Shipments with DPD or Hermes will take an additional working day respectively weekday longer.

For delivery to Belgium and the Netherlands the delivery period is extended by 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery time = handling time + transport time
