The Vlieseline Wadding 278 Soya-Mix (135 g/m²) combines natural materials with modern processing and offers an especially soft, supple quality. Thanks to its high proportion of soya fibres, it provides a pleasant cooling effect while also offering antimicrobial properties – an advantage over conventional waddings.

This wadding contains a fine PP scrim, which acts as an invisible reinforcement. This mesh ensures that the wadding retains its shape, even in large-scale applications or after washing. In this way, your project remains stable and durable – without losing its soft, supple quality.

Processing

1. Can be sewn in by hand or machine. When quilting, keep a maximum distance of 20 cm between the seams.

2. A pre-wash is only necessary if later shrinkage of the material is to be anticipated. Do not wring out the wadding, but gently press out and leave to dry flat.
