This mid-weight raw denim combines the authentic character of unwashed denim with a surprisingly soft, pleasant handle. Although the fabric is untreated, it feels significantly more supple than classic, stiffer raw denims. This makes it ideal for those who love the look of raw denim but prefer a more comfortable feel.

The denim consists of 20% recycled cotton. This is sourced from high-quality industrial cotton offcuts that have been reprocessed and spun into new yarn. This form of recycling saves resources, reduces waste, and simultaneously gives the fabric its softer feel. The remaining 80% consists of virgin cotton, providing the material with stability and durability.

The robust 3/1 twill weave provides the typical denim structure and makes the fabric highly versatile: jeans, skirts, dresses, jackets, or bags can be sewn from it with ease. The fabric is non-stretch, opaque, and, thanks to its softer drape, is easier to work with than heavy-weight raw denims.

Fabric by the metre is sold in 50 cm units and is normally delivered in one continuous piece.
